Best-Selling Work Boots

A steel toe cap up front, a puncture-resistant midsole underfoot and a slip-resistant rubber outsole with deep tread. We choose every part for one job: getting you through long shifts on concrete, mud and gravel, protected and steady on your feet, without giving up on you halfway through the year.
Every Hector and Leopold boot starts from a last refined over 25 years of fitting the feet of builders, farmers and mechanics. A cushioned footbed, a heel that holds you steady and materials made to take a beating. Boots for people who are on their feet all day and expect their gear to keep up.
Everything I hoped for and more. The stitching is neat, the leather is thick and the straps sit comfortably. Smart enough for the office, and I have already had a few compliments.
Could not be happier with it. Excellent quality, my laptop fits perfectly, and it adds a touch of timeless style to my everyday clothes. I will order again.
Carries beautifully and feels built to last. Soft but sturdy leather, and it is now the bag I reach for every time I head out.
Questions Before You Choose?
These are the questions we hear most often. Anything else, our team is a message away through the contact page.
Do your boots have a safety toe?
Most of our models have a steel toe cap that protects against falling objects and impact, and a few use a lighter composite toe. The toe type is listed on every product page, so you know exactly what you are getting before you order.
What size should I order?
Every boot is listed in both US and EU sizes and fits true to size. If you are between sizes or wear thick work socks, go half a size up. Not right? Exchange it within 30 days with our 30-day money-back guarantee.
Will they protect me from nails and sharp objects?
Many of our boots have a puncture-resistant midsole that stops nails, screws and sharp debris from coming through the sole. Look for "anti-puncture" on the product page.
Are they slip resistant?
Yes. Our rubber outsoles use a deep, multi-directional tread for grip on wet, oily and uneven surfaces, from workshop floors to building sites.
Are they waterproof?
Models marked "Waterproof" are built to keep your feet dry in rain, puddles and wet ground. The rest handle splashes and light rain but are not made to be submerged.
Are they comfortable for a 10-hour shift?
That is what they are made for. A cushioned, shock-absorbing insole, a breathable lining and a lightweight build keep your feet fresh from the first hour of the shift to the last.
What if they are not right for me?
Request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery and our team will walk you through every step.
